This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and early termination work for Lend'L camera-rental subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Lend'L provides Equipment on a rental subscription, not an outright sale. Charges relate to ongoing use of Equipment and Services for your selected term.

2. Cancellation Before Installation

  • You may cancel an order any time before installation is scheduled or completed.
  • Any amount collected at sign-up (excluding non-refundable charges, if any) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Cancellation After Installation / During Lock-in

  • Subscriptions carry a Lock-in Period as selected at sign-up.
  • Cancelling during the Lock-in Period may attract an early-termination charge equivalent to the remaining committed rental, and you must allow recovery of the Equipment.
  • Monthly fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation After Lock-in

After the Lock-in Period, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service continues until the end of the notice period and Equipment is then recovered.

5. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval; your bank or payment provider may add further processing time.
  • Setup, installation or call-out charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Service Issues

If Equipment is faulty, Lend'L will repair or replace it under the Subscription rather than issue a refund. If we are unable to restore Service within 3 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

7. How to Request Cancellation

Submit a request via the Lend'L app or by emailing support@golendl.com. Please include your account details and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm next steps and any applicable charges.
