Shipping & Installation Policy
This Shipping & Installation Policy explains how Lend'L delivers, installs and services rented Equipment. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Service Area
Lend'L currently provides installation and service across major metros and surrounding regions in India. If your location is outside our current coverage, please contact us to check availability.
2. Scheduling & Timelines
- After order confirmation and site readiness, installation is typically scheduled within 5–7 working days.
- We will coordinate a date and time window with your on-site contact.
- Timelines may vary with site conditions, access, connectivity and order volume.
3. Installation
- Installation is performed by Lend'L's certified technicians and is included in your Subscription.
- You are responsible for providing safe site access, power and internet connectivity at the install points.
- Any civil work, special mounting or additional cabling beyond standard installation may attract additional charges, communicated in advance.
4. Site Readiness
To avoid delays, please ensure the installation areas are accessible, powered and connected before the scheduled visit. Re-visits caused by site non-readiness may attract a call-out charge, communicated in advance.
5. Handover & Activation
On completion, technicians will verify camera feeds, configure cloud access and walk your team through the Lend'L app. Footage retention begins per your selected plan.
6. Maintenance, Replacement & Recovery
- Faulty Equipment is repaired or replaced like-for-like under the Subscription, typically within 3 business days of a reported fault.
- On termination, Lend'L will schedule recovery of the Equipment; you agree to provide reasonable access.
7. Relocation
If you move premises, contact us in advance and we will arrange relocation and reinstallation, subject to service-area coverage and any applicable charges.
