Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and camera-rental services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Lend'L Tech, having its registered office at C-210, iThum Tower, Sector-62, Noida – 201309 (“Lend'L”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Services or entering into a rental subscription, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Equipment means the cameras, access-control devices and related hardware supplied on rental. Subscription means the recurring rental plan you select. Lock-in Period means the minimum committed term (3, 9, 12 or 24 months).
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for businesses and enterprises. By using them you confirm you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation and are at least 18 years of age.
3. The Rental Service
- Equipment is provided on a rental basis for the Lock-in Period you select. Title and ownership of the Equipment remain with Lend'L at all times.
- Lend'L will install and configure the Equipment as described in your plan. Installation scheduling is subject to site readiness and access.
- Footage and data are stored on cloud infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Fees, Billing & Taxes
- Subscription fees are billed monthly and are payable in advance.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated; GST will be charged at the prevailing rate of 18%.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services after 7 days' notice.
5. Lock-in, Renewal & Termination
- Your Subscription continues for the Lock-in Period and renews on a rolling monthly basis thereafter unless cancelled.
- Early termination within the Lock-in Period may attract charges as set out in your plan and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- On termination, you must allow Lend'L to recover the Equipment in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a suitable installation environment, power and internet connectivity.
- Use the Equipment lawfully and not tamper with, relocate or sublease it without Lend'L's consent.
- Be responsible for loss or damage to Equipment beyond normal wear and tear, as detailed in your plan.
7. Maintenance & Support
Lend'L will provide maintenance, repair and like-for-like replacement of faulty Equipment as part of the Subscription, subject to the service levels described in your plan. Support is available via in-app chat, phone and email, with responses typically within 24 hours.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your footage; Lend'L stores and processes it on your behalf and applies the access controls you configure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lend'L's aggregate liability arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding three months. Lend'L is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, and may be referred to arbitration where the parties so agree.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
