Shipping & Installation Policy

This policy explains how Lend'L delivers and installs Equipment for camera-rental subscriptions.

1. Service Area
We currently provide installation in selected cities. Available service areas are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Delivery & Installation

  • Standard installation is scheduled within 3-7 business days of order confirmation, subject to site readiness and technician availability.
  • A technician will contact you to confirm the installation slot before arrival.
  • Installation includes mounting, cabling, configuration, and a walkthrough of basic operation.

3. Site Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring that power, internet, and necessary access are available at the installation site.
  • Installations requiring civil work (drilling through reinforced concrete, additional cabling beyond standard length, etc.) may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before work begins.

4. Installation Charges
Installation, setup, or call-out charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the technician has visited the site.

5. Rescheduling & No-shows
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed appointments may incur a re-visit charge.

6. Equipment Recovery
On cancellation or end of subscription, you must allow Lend'L's technician to recover the Equipment at a mutually agreed time within 14 days. Damage or failure to return Equipment may attract recovery charges.
